Brian, you are really a passionate jazzman. I wonder if you have ever met with a friend of mine that also, as you, has dedicated an entire life to jazz. He has been and still is contributor in jazz encyclopedies and in fact a well known name in the trade. I am talking of Joe Hosiasson. Hope some day we can meet you and share a good chilean red wineFrom far away Chilefernando

Since a couple of weeks I've installed a DSL connection between my computer and the internet. Hence I'm able to enjoy your radioshow while I'm working. Your station is "glued" to my mediaplayer.I'm very delighted by the different styles and variations. Couldn't get any better (or maybe a little by playing more HiLo's en 4Fre shmen)!Keep Up the Good Work!!Jan Hein (41 years old, jazz fan since age of 17!)

It would be wonderful to hear some John Coletrane....before he went cosmic(with Miles Davi s, etc.)....Also, some Phil Woods when he was in Europe (when he was blazing hot fire)......would it be possible to verbally list (after a number of tunes have been played) the artists, what they played, and maybe an anecdote or two?....without distracting from the profound mood you create? Thanks so much, Sincerely, Michael Roll
